Shipping Policy

We do not ship any products outside of the Contiguous United States.

Terra Wellness LLC typically ships items within 24-48 hours of acceptance and receipt of an order, excluding weekends and holidays. If there’s a delay affecting our ability to ship, we will attempt to conspicuously post that fact on this site. Shipments are sent by United State Postal Service priority mail and packages can be tracked through their website.

 We ship FREE for orders $99 and over!

We use USPS priority mail flat rate shipping with a fee of $7.00 for orders under $99.

Orders with a value of $250.00 or more will be shipped via priority mail with signature required upon delivery.

Shipment sent through USPS priority mail generally results in delivery within two to five days. Requests for overnight shipping cannot be processed through the website; however, we typically can accommodate overnight shipping requests if order is placed over the phone on the telephone number listed under contact us.

 Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, TIME IS NOT OF THE ESSENCE, and any delivery date requested or provided is an estimate only. Terra Wellness LLC is not responsible for delays or for non-performance resulting from causes beyond our control, including acts of any government, delays of courier service or supplies, shortage of material, accidents, fires, floods, weather delays, etc.

If a package is lost after we ship, Terra Wellness LLC will not be responsible if the tracking number lists the order as “delivered”, which means United States Postal Service delivered the package to the address specified. If the package is sent to an address other than the one you specified, upon return of the original package to Terra Wellness LLC, we will reship the order.

Terra Wellness LLC is not responsible for errors of USPS, or if the address you provide or confirm is an incorrect address. Please ensure the address you provide is correct, any mistake could delay delivery and will entail extra expense to you. Orders placed over the phone will be repeated back to you to ensure we have verified address is correct.

We allow three days from the date of delivery to notify us if there is any type of defect with a product or if the package it was in was damaged in transit. If we aren’t notified of defects or damages within those three days, it is understood that the package and products were in good condition upon delivery.
